Dr. Li（李少景）is currently a teaching professor in College of Forestry and Natural Resources Management, University of Hawaii-Hilo. He got his Ph.D degree in analytical chemistry from Oregon State University, and worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at University of California-Davis. His research focused on method development and validation for LC/MS/MS and GC/MS analysis of marine biotoxines, Melamine and analogs, Mycotoxins, Perchroate, Bisphenol A, Nitrofurans and Chloramphenicol, histamine and many other toxic chemicals in food products. Used GC/MS to detect toxic chemicals in foods and drugs. He also worked on for method development and validation for both screening and quantitative methods of sildenafil and analogs in nutritional supplements.
